Business name: Dragon Gaming Systems

Business address: Banc Y Ddraennen, Ammanford, Carmarthenshire

Email: info@dragongamingsystems.co.uk

Website: https://www.dragongamingsystems.co.uk

In these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dragon Gaming Systems. “You” and “your” refer to the customer.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products and specifications

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate and up to date.

Computer components may occasionally become unavailable or be discontinued. Where a component cannot be supplied, we will contact you before making a material substitution. We will not knowingly substitute a component with an inferior alternative without your agreement.

Product photographs are for illustration purposes where indicated. The actual appearance of a system may vary depending on the selected colour, configuration and components.

Performance information is provided as a guide. Actual gaming performance depends on factors including game settings, resolution, software updates and the components used.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).

Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before you complete your order. If a price or product description contains an obvious error, we will contact you before proceeding with the order.

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered at checkout. An order will not be treated as accepted until we have confirmed acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund any payment where we cannot fulfil it, including where a product is unavailable or a genuine pricing error has occurred.

4. Custom-built PCs and custom orders

Custom-built systems may be assembled and configured to the specification selected by the customer.

For custom enquiries, we will provide a quotation based on the agreed specification, price and any applicable delivery charges.

A custom order will only proceed once the specification and price have been agreed and any required payment arrangements have been confirmed.

Changes requested after an order has been accepted may affect the price and estimated completion date. We will discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding.

Custom-built or personalised products may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right where the legal requirements for that exemption are met. This does not remove your rights if goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.

5. Building, testing and delivery

We aim to build and test systems within the estimated timescale stated on the relevant product page or agreed when placing a custom order.

Any build or delivery dates provided are estimates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

Delivery charges, available delivery methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed or confirmed before the order is completed.

We will take reasonable care to package systems securely for transport. You should inspect your delivery when it arrives and contact us promptly if there is visible damage or an item is missing.

If a delivery is delayed, please contact us at info@dragongamingsystems.co.uk so that we can investigate.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes any legal rights you have concerning delivery, cancellation or refunds.

6. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights depend on the type of order and the circumstances.

For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have 14 days from the day after receiving goods to notify the seller that they wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.

Certain products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from this change-of-mind cancellation right. Whether an exemption applies depends on the actual order and the relevant law.

If an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet your legal rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as provided by law.

Full details are set out in our Delivery & Refunds policy, which should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.

7. Warranty

Dragon Gaming Systems provides a 12-month return-to-base warranty covering qualifying faults arising from the assembly, configuration or workmanship of a system supplied by us.

The warranty period begins on the date the system is delivered to the customer.

Where a component develops a fault, we will assess the issue and explain the available next steps. Where appropriate, we may arrange repair, replacement or assistance through the relevant component manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty does not automatically cover damage or faults caused by accidental damage, liquid ingress, misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorised modifications or other causes unrelated to our assembly or workmanship. Each claim will be assessed on its circumstances.

If you believe your system has developed a fault, contact info@dragongamingsystems.co.uk with your order details and a description of the issue. Please do not return a system before receiving return instructions.

Any return-to-base arrangements, including responsibility for transport costs, will be explained when a claim is assessed.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights. It does not restrict any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Manufacturer warranties may also apply to individual components. Their terms and duration depend on the relevant manufacturer.

8. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details when placing an order.

After delivery, customers should follow the supplied instructions and use the system in accordance with its intended purpose.

Customers are responsible for backing up their personal files and data before a system is sent to us for inspection, repair or servicing. We cannot guarantee that stored data will remain intact during diagnostic or repair work.

Where possible, remove sensitive personal information before returning a system. Do not include passwords unless they are genuinely necessary for diagnosis and have been requested through an appropriate, secure process.

9. Software and operating systems

Where an operating system or other software is supplied, it will be described in the relevant product listing or order confirmation.

Software remains subject to the applicable licence terms of its publisher. Customers are responsible for complying with those licence terms.

Software updates, game updates and changes made by third-party developers may affect system performance or compatibility after purchase.

10. Website availability and information

We aim to keep our website available and product information accurate. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the website will always be free from errors.

We may update product listings, prices, specifications and website content. Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen under an accepted order or applicable law.

11. Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or excludes liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Where the law permits a limitation of liability, our responsibility will be assessed in accordance with the applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.

12. Privacy and personal information

We use personal information to process orders, respond to enquiries, arrange delivery, provide customer support and meet our legal obligations.

Further information about how personal information is collected, used, stored and shared is provided in our Privacy Policy.

13. Complaints and customer support

If you have a question, concern or complaint about an order, product or service, please contact us:

Email: info@dragongamingsystems.co.uk

Please include your order number, where applicable, and a clear description of the issue. We will aim to respond as promptly as reasonably possible.

14. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website will show the date it was last updated.

The terms applicable to an existing order will not be changed retrospectively in a way that unlawfully removes your rights.

15. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law.
