Delivery & Shipping

At Dragon Gaming Systems, our PCs are built and tested before dispatch. This page explains our delivery arrangements and your rights concerning cancellations, returns and refunds.
1. Build and processing times
Our systems are built to order. We aim to build and test orders within the estimated timescale shown on the relevant product page or confirmed with you when you place a custom order.
Unless we have expressly agreed a different date, build and dispatch times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you using the details supplied with your order.
2. Delivery options and charges
Available delivery methods, delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or confirmed before you place a custom order.
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom where available for the product and delivery address. If delivery to your address is not available, we will let you know before accepting the order.
Collection may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact us before travelling to arrange a collection.
Any delivery estimates provided by a carrier are estimates. We will take reasonable care to package systems securely and prepare them for dispatch.
3. Receiving your order
Please check the outer packaging when your order arrives. If it appears damaged, keep the packaging and take photographs where possible. Contact us promptly if your system appears damaged, an item is missing or the order is incorrect.
Please retain the original packaging where practical, as it may help protect the system if it needs to be returned. This request does not limit your statutory rights.
4. Cancelling an order before dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at info@dragongamingsystems.co.uk and include your order number.
If work has already started on a custom order, we will explain the position and any relevant legal terms before confirming the cancellation outcome. Any payment retained or refunded will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms agreed for that order.
5. Change-of-mind cancellations and returns
For many purchases made online by consumers, you generally have 14 days from the day after receiving the goods to tell the seller you wish to cancel. After notifying the seller, you generally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
Some goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right where the legal requirements for that exemption are met. A PC being built after an order is placed does not, by itself, automatically mean the exemption applies. The circumstances and degree of personalisation matter.
If you want to cancel or return an order, contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and confirm the next steps.
Where a valid change-of-mind cancellation applies, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods if they were told about that responsibility before purchase. Refunds will be processed within the time limits required by law. We may be able to withhold a refund until the goods have been received back or evidence of return has been provided, where the law permits.
Nothing in this policy removes any cancellation rights that apply to your order under consumer law.
6. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods
If your PC or another product is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or otherwise fails to meet your legal rights, contact us at info@dragongamingsystems.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs or a short video may help us understand the problem.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy. We will assess the issue and explain the available options.
Your statutory rights are separate from any manufacturer's warranty or our 12-month return-to-base warranty. We will not use this policy or a warranty to restrict rights you have under law.
Please contact us for return instructions before sending a system back. We will explain how the return should be arranged and how reasonable return costs will be handled in the circumstances.
7. Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will normally be made using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise or the law requires a different arrangement.
The timing of a refund depends on the type of cancellation or return and the applicable legal requirements. We will confirm when a refund has been authorised. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refunded amount.
If you believe a refund is overdue or have a question about a return, contact info@dragongamingsystems.co.uk.
8. Custom-built PCs and quotations
Custom PC quotations are based on the agreed specification, components, price and delivery arrangements. Please check the quotation carefully before confirming your order.
If a requested component becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives before making a material change to the agreed specification.
Cancellation rights for custom-built systems depend on the order and the applicable law. We will not assume that a custom-built PC is automatically exempt from cancellation rights simply because it is assembled to order.
